PHI SIGMA PI NATION | REGIONAL CONSULTANTS
Perhaps
the strongest tie between the National Office and
each individual chapter, the Regional Consultant is an
extremely important position. Regional Consultants are
charged with keeping contact with their respective chapters,
whether by telephone contact or by Chapter Visitation.
During
Chapter Visitation, A Regional consultant will
stay with a particular chapter for a period of time, usually
about a week. During this time, each consultant will
have the opportunity to work with the chapter on their
development. She will evaluate the strengths and
limitations, discuss and work with recruitment, initiation
programs, image enhancement, meetings and parliamentary
procedures, and other day to day issues that may come up
with a particular chapter.
After each
visit, the consultant will write up a follow up evaluation
and produce a report for the National Council,
detailing each chapter visit. Each regional consultant
reports to the director of member services.
