PHI SIGMA PI NATION | REGIONAL DELEGATES

Regional Delegates are charged with the following responsibilities:

1.  Attend Regional Committee Meetings.

2.  Be Prepared to debate and vote on topics.

3.  Make decisions that fairly represent the wishes of the chapter.

4. Follow through with any promises you have made and update the committee on the progress.

5.  If you can't make a meeting, post your input on the site in one clean, clear post.

6.  Post chapter ICR events on the calendar as well as any large chapter events that you would like to encourage regional chapters to join.  There is no need however, to post every little chapter event however.

7.  Keep up with online posts.

8.  if you can no longer fulfill your duties, find a replacement, transition him/her and give the secretary and president that person's contact information so that they can be added to the yahoo group as well as the AIM list.
