PHI SIGMA PI NATION | ORDER OF BUSINESS

To Facilitate Regional Committee Meetings, there is a particular order as to which the business is run. Aside from the fact that most meetings are understandably held over online services such as chat rooms and AOL instant messenger, business is still conducted in a manner similar to that of chapter meetings.  Usually, committee meetings are held as follows:

1.  Old Business (the Agenda)

2.  New Business (any new issues that must be discussed)

3.  Announcements
