DUTIES OF THE SECRETARY

The Regional Committee Secretary is charged with:

1.  Saving chat conversations and posting as a file on the yahoo group page.  (If applicable)

2.  Write out a bulleted list of what was decided at the meeting followed by a list of what delegates need to take to their chapters.

3.  Make sure all other regional delegates are included in the Yahoo! group membership.

4. Remind delegates to review posts regarding meeting business before discussion so that all voices are heard.
